Bea Schriver, Wilton resident and floral designer, has been providing custom floral design services to Connecticut and New York businesses and residents for over 15 years. As a result of her excellent reputation and unique floral design approach, Bea Schriver Florals has attracted the most discriminating clientele, from brides to new mothers, organizations to corporations, home owners to interior designers. The Beginning
After studying Education in College, Bea took a job in the corporate world. After working there for eight years, she realized that it was not the work she wanted to do for the rest of her life. She wanted to do something that she loved. At first she had no idea what that was. After a lot of soul searching, Bea realized that she had a passion for color, design and decorating. She took several interior design courses but that did not complete her vision. Realizing that there was nothing she loved more than flowers, Bea decided to pursue a career in Floral Design. She learned the basics working for a short time in a floral shop and then started doing very small weddings and parties from her home in Norwalk. Over the years, she has perfected her skills and has moved on to handling large, high-end projects.
